Offering Page Instructions Origin: The country from which the coffee originates. Grade: The specifics of the coffee, let it be organic, natural, 18 screen, etc. Some of these are ambiguous, but further details can be obtained by looking at the next column, "Name". Name: The name of the farm, mill, cooperative, etc. ID: Our internal identification number for this particular lot of coffee. Location: If says "Café Imports", coffee is here. "Afloat" means exactly that and that the coffee is about a month out. "Open" means has not shipped yet (consult 'Delivery' column), and "In Transit" means it's on US soil, and on the way to our warehouse. Q_avail: This is the quantity available for sale. Sometimes, this column will read zero. This means that all of the coffee has been sold, but the buyer has not taken delivery of the coffee yet. This is really a computer limitation. If the coffee is in our possession, we have to show it. It is not just to taunt you… Total_q: The total quantity of the shipment, or amount that is currently in our warehouse. UoM: Unit of Measure. The weight of the bags. Delivery: When the coffee is expected to ship. It takes about a month for Centrals, a bit longer for Africans, and closer to two months for Indonesians.
