We've got some great Sumis in right now, including a Lintong Special Prep, a Lintong Triple Picked and a Mandheling TPick. We are also waiting on an Aged Lintong that is spectacular (it fetched one of the highest cupping scores given at Cafe Imports). The Aged is vintage 2004..
The 'Special Prep' in the previously mentioned Lintong is that the pulped coffee is sundried in raised beds and then is screen sorted (vs. air sorted) and then is double handpicked.
