We've got these ACE-certified Salvadors in vacuum-sealed packages. What is an ACE-certified coffee you ask? It's a coffee that went through the Cup of Excellence program, but didn't make it to the final internet auction. However, it passed through the national jury and reached the international jury.
You should expect an exceptional cup out of this coffee and with the great varietals out of Salvador (think bourbons and pacas), it should really perform well.
