This El Salvador from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain Range is certainly one of our latest favorites. It is a blend from five different lots of coffee that we cupped from origin.

Our notes: Cranberry, mandarin orange, chocolate, sweet, high acidity, good structure.

P.S. We included this coffee in our recent espresso tasting, and it was fantastic. At a medium espresso roast, we found tons of ripe fruit, caramel, and creamy-smooth body.
