This brand new crop of Washed Organic Ethiopian is from the Moredocofe farm in Sidamo.  Check out the Beanology page for more information on this region and farm.  This is one of the nicest Washed Ethis we've seen this year with lemon-lime notes, bright acidity, and a delicate sweetness.
