We have our first lot of Guatemalan coffees that we brought in partnering with Ninety Plus. The Zemoch (ID P2937) and the Zumays (ID 2937-2938) are both exceptional coffees. These are the first year's lots from this Ninety Plus project in Guatemala, and we see them as having tons of potential for years to come. The Zemoch has a very creamy body and excellent deep red fruit notes, while the Zumay is a very fruity coffee with extremely clean aftertaste and complex acidity.
