We cupped many many Perus in 2010 at Cafe Imports, and this lot from CENFROCAFE was without a doubt one of the best. The cup is extremely floral, with excellent lemon acidity, big mouthfeel, and a sweet fruity notes on the end. We are really digging this coffee right now. To say we were pleasantly surprised by this coffee would be a huge understatement. After a difficult year in 2010 for Papau New Guinea transporting coffee out of their country, we were a little concerned about what we would find in the cup once the container arrived in Minnesota. However, cupping this coffee was quite simply amazing. Huge tropical fruit notes, very juicy mouthfeel, and a really well composed finish make this coffee a great bet and a stellar indonesian.

Our Sulawesi Microlots are exceptional this year! This stunningly clean indonesian coffee really embodies what proper processing can do for these unique coffees. Bright acidity, extremely sweet, and floral, with a creamy body and very muted "classic indo" flavor, make these coffees super attractive and very versatile.
