We cupped many many Perus in 2010 at Cafe Imports, and this lot from CENFROCAFE was without a doubt one of the best. The cup is extremely floral, with excellent lemon acidity, big mouthfeel, and a sweet fruity notes on the end. We are really digging this coffee right now.
