To say we were pleasantly surprised by this coffee would be a huge understatement. After a difficult year in 2010 for Papau New Guinea transporting coffee out of their country, we were a little concerned about what we would find in the cup once the container arrived in Minnesota. However, cupping this coffee was quite simply amazing. Huge tropical fruit notes, very juicy mouthfeel, and a really well composed finish make this coffee a great bet and a stellar indonesian.
