We recently received our containers of fresh crop Burundi. This is an origin Cafe Imports has made serious investment in over the past 5 years. We have many different lots available right now and most are spectacular. Burundi Coffee is an amazing example of what well priced and stellar cupping East African coffee can look like. Many of these lots have extremely deep red fruit notes, creamy body, and very pleasant acidity. This year's crop actually seems to have less sharp acidity and more sweetness and balance.
