The wait is over! Our first containers of Brazil Yellow Bourbons are finally rolling in. This year these coffees are now farm specific, and guess what? The first container that just landed, ID3595, is from Fazenda Rainha, the #1 COE winning farm of 2011. Their big win is a huge testament to the quality of coffee and work that is done thoughout their whole farm. This lot is extremely creamy, with notes of dark chocolate, orange peel, and vanilla. Pulling shots of this coffee is a pretty incredible experience. Bom Dia!
