What are we drinking today?

We get many clients who will call and ask 'What are you drinking today?'. With access to all of these great coffees in our on-site warehouse, what we choose to brew in our office is often something that our roaster clients will want to get their hands on.

Well, today it's the Organic/RA certified El Salvador, which hails from the Apaneca Lamatepec mountain range (above). Today's the first day that we've had it at a drinking roast. Rich, deep plum characteristics along with some sweet molasses-like notes. MmmmMMmmmmMMmMm! This is a new arrival in our warehouse. Call today to get yours!

Hip, hip, HOORAY!

The Coffee Lab Report in the new March/April edition of Roast Magazine features not one...not two... but THREE coffees from Cafe Imports. We are very pleased that our recent Organic Washed Sidamo, Tanzanian Mt. Meru and Kenya AA Tembo scored high enough to be featured in this publication.
