We get many clients who will call and ask 'What are you drinking today?'. With access to all of these great coffees in our on-site warehouse, what we choose to brew in our office is often something that our roaster clients will want to get their hands on. Well, today it's the Organic/RA certified El Salvador, which hails from the Apaneca Lamatepec mountain range (above). Today's the first day that we've had it at a drinking roast. Rich, deep plum characteristics along with some sweet molasses-like notes. MmmmMMmmmmMMmMm! This is a new arrival in our warehouse. Call today to get yours!
