To Bag, or Not to Bag, That is the Question, but should it even be? What am I talking about? Special Vacuum packed bags at origin for the coffee. It works, It saves the coffees life, and saving that flavor is what it is really about. We have a full half container available of a FTO Yerg from Konga Cooperative here in those special bags. Just arrived, cups like a May shipment. We have also used these bags for previous shipments from Colombia, El Salvador, and soon to come, Boliva and Brasil. Our friends the Dias and Ottoni families are working to make this available for the Fazenda Cachoeria's. I can't wait till burlap is a thing of the past, as it is a thing of the past, and not needed anymore for higher end coffees! Viva Cafe!
My holiday gift to you all:
I have 20 bags of that wonderful Aged Lintong that have become available.
All are in my spot position (so no contracting)--get 'em while you can. We've found no other Aged that compares to this, so will not be carrying these moving forward until that day when we find another comparable cup.
I guess it's not really a gift if you have to pay for it, is it? But, this beauty is well worth the money.
I will remove this posting when they've sold out.
