The harvest schedule below is a rough estimate of the production times for coffee producing countries. Harvest schedules are changing yearly as our environment changes. Some countries that used to have distinct main and fly crops now harvest nearly all year round. Some countries with one main harvest now have one-a-half or two. This schedule is something that will evolve over time and is never set in stone, but this should give you a good idea of when to expect new coffees being harvested at origin.
Following harvest and processing, coffee will typically "rest" at origin for 30-60 days before shipping to us. The old logistics joke, "It takes about 6 weeks to get from anywhere to anywhere" is pretty true shipping from coffee producing countries.
