Last Friday, July 22nd, the government of Colombia and truckers unions came to a settlement strike was lifted. This was the longest strike in Colombian history, lasting for 45 days. We hope to see our coffees start moving to port soon, but as all exports have been affected with many striking truckers having lost their licenses, the movement of coffee to our warehouses may continue with delay.
If you have any concerns or questions, do not hesitate to call and ask us!
Nonetheless, the strike is over, truckers are trucking, coffee is coming.
