The organization of coffee growers called ADISQUE (Asociación de Desarrollo Integral Sostenible de Quezaltepeque) comprises 350 member producers, who grow on an average of 3 hectares each. The organization focuses its time, energy, and resources on growing and developing high-quality organic coffees, as well as providing community services such as climate-change-resilience resources and initiatives related to food security.
