Yeison Imbachi is the owner of the 30-hectare farm called Versalles, located in a vereda called Meson Alto in the town of Balboa, in the Cauca department of Colombia. Don Yesion grows Castillo variety on his farm, and produces about 70 bags annually. His coffee is picked and dupulped the same day, then dry fermented for 11–12 hours, and washed three times to clear the mucilage off the coffee before being dried for 10 days in parabolic driers.
