This is a Cauca Best Cup 2016 competition microlot. Mauro Lopez Estrella and his wife live in the township of El Placer, located in Cauca's Florencia municipality. This coffee comes from the 10,000 Castillo trees growing on their 4 hectares of land. It was picked ripe, depulped, fermented for 15 hours, then sun dried.
