Jhonnathan Camacho is the descendant of Rafael Camacho Vega, one of the first coffee producers of West Valley. Jhonnathan is following his grandfather's steps in becoming a great coffee producer, and Café Imports is pleased to offer several microlots from his farms, processed in the Black Honey style for which Costa Rica is famous.
Honey Processes
Yellow Honey: 100% mucilage left on, coffee turned hourly on the bed
Red Honey: 100% mucilage left on, coffee several times a day on the bed (less frequently than Yellow Honey)
Black Honey: 100% mucilage left on, coffee turned only once per day
