Don Audifas Diaz Cifuentes grew up in this region of Chiapas, but only started growing coffee in the very fertile land a few years ago. In that short time, he's produced a very sweet and clean cupping coffee, which is picked ripe and processed on his property. The combination of good varieties, high altitude, healthy soil, and careful farming allowed him to produce an award-winning lot in this year's Lo Mejor competition.
