Finca Kassandra is a 600-hectare farm, of which slightly more than half (320 ha) are planted with coffee. About 10 percent of the farm is planted with Pacamara—in fact, some of the finest Pacamara we've ever tasted. The farm is owned by the Rivas family, who started Finca Kassandra in 1996. They are well-known for their macademia nut production as well as for their coffee.
