Customer Service Representative – Cafe Imports Europe
Cafe Imports Europe strives to bring sustainable green coffee closer to the European market. Therefore, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) to join our team in Berlin, Germany.
This person will have a wide range of responsibilities focused around the daily operations and administrative tasks of our Sales Team and will work under the supervision of Senior Sales and Cafe Imports’ SVP of Sales. As part of a growing team in a demanding department, the ideal candidate will be able to shift from task to task, while remaining focused and completing their work efficiently. Organization and attention to detail are key.
This will be an exciting opportunity for personal professional development, as the candidate will be submersed in all things related to green coffee.
This is a full-time position, and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible. This team member must be prepared to tackle a broad range of tasks, adjusting to the everyday needs of a small team environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, precise, and has an interest in coffee.
Our ideal candidate demonstrates practical application of the qualities required for this position. Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and typing is required. Training will be provided where necessary. We hope to fill this position based on interest, dedication, and personality; previous coffee experience would be helpful, but is not required to apply.
