Andres Roldan lives with his grandmother and his mother Laura, he has been producing coffee since 2009.

Coffee producing area: 2 Ha.

Number of trees: 8000

Picking frequency: every 8 days (purple and red cherry)

Pulping: Traditional Pulper and Zaranda, pulped the same day as picking.

Fermentation: Day for 18 hours

Washing: 3 times

Drying: Parabolic for 15 – 22 hours

Storage: Coffee sacks on woodeen pallets for 15 days.
