Fazenda Concepcion comprises coffee from four different producers in the region of Pedralva, who deliver their coffee to the beneficio after picking it ripe. It is manually sorted for quality before going on to processing. The average altitude these coffees are grown at is 1300 meters, with red-clay soil.
