This state farm is located in La Sierra Madre de Chiapas in Siltepec municipality, Chiapas. The crops are carefully prepared each year with cleaning, pruning, and preparing and improving the soil; all these in order to have a better crop and higher quality. During the crop, picking and milling is done in the farm's facilities.
This is Café Imports' first lot from Las Limas, purchased at the 2015 Lo Mejor de Mexico competition in Chiapas.
