This coffee comes to us courtesyof Luiz Da Cunha Sobrinho, located outside of São Paulo, Brazil on a 210 hectare coffee farm. His annual production is upwards of 13,000 bags when it comes to the entire farm, but only one section is devoted to the Yellow Bourbon variety. The harvest period for this area is generally from May to August, and Luiz utlizes a pulped-natural processing method for this coffee.
