Eduardo Ramírez Fallas

Sensory Associate

Eduardo's history and his development in the coffee world began four years ago, when he started working in the area of quality control and management in a coffee mill in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. From that moment his passion for coffee has led him to learn about the entire productive, industrial, and economic chain of coffee.

Eduardo is a calm person, passionate about his profession and always open to new knowledge and points of view, with a vision towards continuous improvement, always seeking to create win-win relationships that benefit all actors in the coffee world.

In 2019 he joined the first permanent Cafe Imports export-import office in a country of origin, Oxcart Coffee, in the position of sensory analyst.
