Alexander Bermudez lives with his father, his mother, and his brother; they all work together on the farm. Alexander has been producing coffee since 2011.

Season: May–June, September–October

Picking Frequency: Every 15 days.

Pulping: Traditional pulper (3 outlets) and Zaranda, pupled the same day as picking

Fermentation: Dry for 8 hours.

Washing: 4 times

Drying Methos: Parabolic for 3-4 days.

Storage: Coffee Sacks on wooden pallets for 8 days.
