This is a Cauca Best Cup 2016 competition microlot. Fernando Zemanate and his family live in the township of Popyancita , located in Cauca's San Sebastian municipality. This coffee comes from the 5,000 Castillo trees growing on his 2 hectares of land. It was picked ripe, depulped, fermented for 20 hours, then dried in a parabolic dryer.
