Huila Best Cup 2016 Luis is a Huila Best Cup 2016 top 30 finalist who started with a very small farm many years ago. He now puts most of his energy equally into expanding his cultivations, and implementing better techniques to improve the quality of his coffees. Luis harvests only ripe cherries, double ferments for a total of 72 hours, washes the coffee, then moves it to his drying patio where it is moved as often as fourtimes per day until it is stable and dry.
