This group of 10 producers came together in 2008. They focus on using sustainable practices that support the environment and the quality of life of the producers and their communities. Together they cultivate approximately 40 square kilometers in the Veracruz region. They strive to bring out the most unique and attractive qualities in each of the different varieties of coffee they grow. To achieve this objective they employ sound agricultral practices during the planting and growth stages, selective harvesting techniques to ensure only the ripest cherries are picked, and a strict selection process durign processing.
