In 2009 the 16 producers who today form Productores de Café Sustentable de Baxtla joined together. Their operating philosophy is to increased productivity and improve the quality of their coffees by performing selective cuts during harvest and developing more efficient practicees in order to achieve a better standard of living for workers and their families.
