Mill City Roasters is hosting its next Advanced Coffee Roasting Workshop on June 4 and 5 in Minneapolis, and Cafe Imports is excited to support the class as a sponsor.

This two-day workshop is built for roasters who have completed Roasting 101 or experienced production roasters looking to refresh and deepen their roasting practice. Across the class, students will work through hands-on roasting and tasting exercises, profile development, blend building, sensory challenges, production efficiency, and machine maintenance.

This session is especially exciting because it will be the first Mill City training where students will be able to roast on the new M-Series roaster. The M-Series is Mill City’s first fully in-house built roaster model, featuring new updates and capabilities that students will get to experience firsthand.
