Angie and Ian just returned from a whirlwind week of cupping, presenting the Coffee Rose, and tasting coffee in Hong Kong, Busan, and Seoul. Working with slides, translators, projectors, lovely-lovely coffees, and lots of hands on time with the mobile Coffee Rose they leveled up, reacquainted, and introduced the Rose and the practical sensory science that underpins it to coffee professionals from all 3 cities and their surrounding areas.
