Tam is the Administrative & Marketing Coordinator at Cafe Imports Australia, where she has been part of the team since 2019. After finishing her business and marketing degree in her hometown of Brisbane, she took the leap and moved to London for two years in 2014, where she began her coffee journey. That move opened the door to further travel and working in different cities, including a two-year stint in Montreal, an experience that deepened her connection to the coffee industry and finally put her high school French immersion to good use!
During her time at various roasteries, she's worked in barista roles, cafe management, wholesale, HR, marketing and admin - wearing many hats along the way. In 2019, she returned to Australia and settled in Melbourne, which she now calls home, and she's continued to grow her career in coffee ever since.
Outside of work, you can usually find Tam riding her bike, enjoying a glass of wine, playing piano, or cuddling her cat - though not all at once!
