Tam started her coffee journey in London back in 2014, where she quickly discovered her love for flatties. Inspired to further explore the coffee industry and different parts of the world, she took on new roles at various coffee roasteries and spent two years in Montreal before returning to Australia to settle in Melbourne. With her love for people, collaboration, and great coffee, Tam is in her element since joining the Cafe Imports team in 2019.
When Tam isn't in the office you can find her on her bike, sipping wine, or patting her cat—just not all three at once!
