Utty likes coffee, but he likes noodle soups better. Not afraid to wear white when consuming, either. He always thinks he can avoid all splashes but always comes out with a few stains. Always worth it.
His experiences lay more in the coffee world than in the noodle world, sadly for him. Spanning across various countries like Australia, Sweden, and now Germany as a barista, trainer, consultant, and production roaster. Unfortunately, no professional experience in the noodle world.. just yet.
He also loves anything to do with other food items, drink, food culture, and history. But the spotlight is always on noodles, as is glaringly obvious.
