Emily Hanych

Sensory Analysis Assistant

Drinking coffee became Emily's favorite part of the day to the point that it was the only thing she wanted to do. So, after graduating from the University of Utah in Environmental and Sustainability Studies in 2017, she became a barista. She still has a special place in her heart for Salt Lake City, but in 2023, Emily took a chance on change and picked up her bags (and cat) to work in environmental restoration throughout the Twin Cities. Soon, she returned to coffee and found a spot at Cafe Imports within the Sensory department, continuing to live out her dreams of tasting a lot of coffee.

By day, Emily can be found biking around town, tending to her garden, and gamboling through prairies. By night, she can be caught seeing a show at the local theater, catching up on sewing projects, or playing a Halfling Cleric with her friends.
