Stuart is new to the business side of coffee but not to the appreciation or enthusiasm side. As a lifelong service employee Coffee was always at arm’s reach and once the scale was tipped towards specialty coffee there was no going back to generic brew. Outside of Coffee you can find him one any number of Mountain Bike trails around the metro, usually with a kid or two in tow.
